You’ll get to learn on the job, working closely with our experienced and qualified Tradespeople.

How does the application and intake process work?
Once you have applied for the relevant role, your application will be reviewed by Namoi Cotton and evaluated by our Trade Management Team. If you’re successful, you’ll be placed in our Apprenticeship Talent Pool.
As apprenticeship positions become available, you’ll be contacted by Namoi Cotton to arrange an interview. Please note intake typically occurs once per year (December).
To apply, you’ll need to provide your current resume, along with a short letter (no longer than one page) outlining why you wish to become an apprentice with Namoi Cotton. During the application process, you will be asked to outline your trade of choice.
